First Thursdays Salons at Resonance: "Haydn, Debussy, Cassadó"

Violinist Victoria Parker, leader of North Corner Chamber Orchestra, cellist Rowena Hammill, director of Vashon Chamber Music and pianist Oana Rusu Tomai, founder of Romanian American Chamber Concerts and Arts - ROCCA invite you to discover worlds filled with light, mischief and magic: bask in Haydn’s sunshine, explore mysterious dreamscapes with Debussy and float into enchantment with Cassadò. On the program: Franz Joseph Haydn – Duo for violin and cello in D Major (Hob. VI: D1); Claude Debussy – Sonata for Violin and Piano; Gaspar Cassadó – Trio in C Major for Violin, Cello and Piano.

First Thursday Salons at Resonance, Soma Towers are inspired by a 19th century tradition of informal and intimate performances at home. Audiences are encouraged to wear comfortable attire, bring their friends, and engage in a highly social and interactive musical experience. The series features communal seating at sophisticated tables with beer and wine bar service available in the hall and throughout each performance. Snacks and other non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
